Differences for the junior program

1. 30 minutes classes

2. 3 short songs 

3. Only one skill per class

 

The beginning of the class 

1. Start in a circle

2. We sing the first song, "my hands and say hello"

3. We sing the second song to guide them to the Sportball line, which we will do for most of the class, "Let's go to the Sportball line"

Sportball says and Jumps

1. Simplest Sportball says

2.  guide the parents to hold the forms of the kids to help them jump

Run and freeze

1.  simply do a statue for the first four weeks

2. add the easiest motor skills in  the last four weeks such as jumping, applauding, And touching different body parts such as toes, ears, knees...

Train and popcorn are the same as the 2-3 years old

Train: only turn in one direction for 30 to 60 seconds (nothing else!)

Popcorn: Slower evolution (week 1-2-3 they bring back the balls to the bucket, afterwards we can try making it more challenging)

Jungle

1. Make it as easy as possible for them to succeed and participate.

2. Tell the parents to do the obstacle course with their child as to help them jump, follow the structure of the jungle, and at times lead by example.

3. Use the "let's tidy up song" at the end of jungle to collect everything

Skills

1. Only one skill per class

2. guide the parents
